HIARCS 9.7 for Palm Chess. This is a free update for registered customers offering the following enhancements:

This is a free update for all registered users. Please install over the previous version, the product will remain fully registered. Unregistered users are welcome to download and use this latest version, it has more capability in unregistered mode than ever before, but some features will be limited until you purchase and register.

Previously Hiarcs 9.6 was a free update for registered customers offering enhanced piece graphics, coaching improvements, PGN import enhancements and chess engine improvements. Palm HIARCS offers numerous opponents from absolute beginner (750 Elo) to Strong Grandmaster (2600 Elo). ARM based hardware is required for GM strength.

Contains the medium openings book offering 39,021 positions and 17,384 variations. Available in Hiarcs 9.5a download.

Large book

Contains a very large openings book for even stronger play with the Palm Hiarcs product. It is recommended that strong players update their standard medium book in order to get wider and deeper opening variations. This book has been expanded by thousands of moves and improved. Offers 123,156 positions and 38,049 variations. This book is a superset of the medium book delivered in the standard download.

Massive Tournament book

Contains a massive tournament openings book for strongest opening play with the Palm Hiarcs product. This huge book offers 377,379 positions and 73,065 variations. This book is a superset of the large book.
