which means players from beginner to expert get the opponents and help
they need. CEBoard HIARCS now includes
the new premier HIARCS 13.1 chess engine
running natively on ARM based Pocket PC devices.
The HIARCS Pocket PC chess engine won the 2008
and 2009 Mescusor Cup in Buenos Aires, Argentina ahead of Grandmasters scoring
an incredible undefeated
9½/10 in the process. This is a
performance of 2938 Elo which is the best ever chess performance rating of a
chess program on PDA in a Grandmaster tournament in history. It is not that
surprising since HIARCS has the second, third and forth best ever performances
as well! It also has many match wins over
Grandmasters over the past 6 years.
